We had a great time in the house for our 50th Anniversary. We will have many fond memories of our weekend here with our family (4 children, 8 grandchildren) and other friends. Our grandchildren did the plunge in the ocean – it was great. Thank you for the use of this beautiful house.

For 16 years I “summered” in Rehoboth with my siblings, my cousins, my parents, my aunts & my uncles. That ended in 1968. Now, 40+ years later, siblings, cousins and each of their families re-visited our magical years long past in Rehoboth. What a terrific week we had, thanks to the Sea Voice! It is the “Perfect Location” – 30 of us here in what the kids came to call “The Big House” and 17 of us elsewhere – Sea Voice was the perfect center. Thank you, Tim (+company) for a great, great place and opportunity to re-live our childhood – and show our kids the spirit that is Rehoboth Beach!!

30 People, family and friends, just spent a week together in the most grand house any of us have seen. Spent a week with people you love, made so much more special by this house. We will miss the morning internet café sessions. Miss people outside watching the baseball game on the big screen TV. Currently cleaning up ready to leave. We are all leaving with a smile on our faces hoping to return to the Sea Voice in 2011.

Tim, Great Place! Handled our 22 family members easily and there was no tripping over each other. Plenty of space. Great kitchen. Everyone loved the accommodations…even those staying in the house on Hickman Street. We’re going to be back, just need to figure out who retires next.

My name is Joan B. and I am so thankful for such a great house. We had a ladies retreat with 29 ladies from my church and the look on their faces when they walked in the house was awesome. We gathered together in the great room for Bible Study, singing, prayer, so nice to have the space. A big highlight was all the bedrooms and bathrooms. If you ask me If I will come again, yes! Tim one of the owners is so great to talk with, so very helpful. So I will tell my friends of this charming home away from home.

We had a wonderful week - celebrated Grandpa's 80th birthday and a wedding shower for one of the granddaughters. One day the power was out for hours, so we had to light your candles - then of course, 20 minutes later the power came on. Thanks so much for designing such lovely accommodations.

We loved the beach house especially the kitchen and pool table. Who would have thought cooking would be so much fun at the beach? We had a pool tournament with ages 6-15 playing.

Had a great time. Loved the pool table and short walk to the beach. It was fun to see the 6 yr old beat a 42 yr old at pool. Scratching on the 8 ball is never a good thing. Hope to be back next year.
